✦⭐✦ We regrettably cannot accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
✦⭐✦ All orders for custom necklaces and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale.
✦⭐✦ We fix broken items free of charge, up to 1 year after purchase.
✦⭐✦ Please note we do not cover shipping fees on fix ups requests.
✦⭐✦ If your fix up requires an entirely new part, we may ask for a fee.

✦⭐✦ In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days of delivery and a refund will be issued after it is shipped back to us.

✦⭐✦ International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges, depending on the destination country. Please note that we do not cover these costs. Unfortunately as these costs are beyond our control and vary between countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be.
